The Jungle Scout Market only accepts payments via credit card. All payments are made securely through Stripe, our payment gateway.
Errors with credit card payments are generally due to your bank rejecting the charge. If you run into the following error message "An error occurred during the payment process. Could not finalize your Stripe payment" when paying for an order, follow the steps below to solve it.
How to solve payment errors:
- Double check that you have entered your credit card details exactly as shown on the card.
- Contact your bank and let them know that you are OK with this transaction.
- Ask them to allow the transaction.
- Ask them to check your card limit.
- Try to subscribe again.
